SWEET PROMISE Has A Bright Future

Posted on: 3rd Jul 2019

SWEET PROMISE as a two year old.

SWEET PROMISE fooled us all when winning nicely first time out at Doncaster on Friday 28th June. She had looked nice when she unfortunately had a nasty injury as a two year old and was given the rest of the year off. She had done only a couple of pieces of work and the everyone thought she would need the race. How wrong could we all be. Sadly her owner Arthur Boyd Rochford had been put off going by her trainer and was not there to see his filly win. as you can imagine he is very excited about her future. She can be a bit fidgety and take a good hold but she looked like an old pro when she got on the racecourse and did not put foot wrong.

She is by The Cheveley Park Studs stallion INTELLO and it has to be said none of her siblings have achieved anything but she looks as if she will give the yard and Arthur some fun in the future.
