DREAMER SHOWS SHE'S MAGIC from News of the James Fanshawe: Racehorse Trainer website.

MAGICAL DREAMER won very nicely at Goodwood this evening and showed in the process that she is still an improving filly. Over the winter she has strengthened and matured and is a strong looking filly now. She did not like the course at Ripon in her first race of the year but it put her right for today.

George Wood rode a lovely race on her sitting second throughout the race until hitting the front abour a furlong out. He only really used hands and heels and won quite cosily. This would give her confidence a huge boost. This was the race that George Wood lost his claim so is now off equal terms with the professionals.

MAGICAL DREAMER is another nice winner for FRED ARCHER RACING who look as if they have a nice team this year.

MAZZINI is a horse that we have always liked a lot but has recently lost his way. james decided to try something different with him tonight and ran him over seven furlongs on turf rather than six furlongs on the all weather. He had plenty of daylight throughout the race and looked very likely the winner but the favourite, SPANISH CITY, came up the middle away from MAZZINI and just touched him off on the line to win by a head.

THE PINTO KID ran a nice race at Lingfield on Friday and was the Eyecatcher according to The Racing Post. He has had his two year old problems but we have had a clear run with him this year and he has shown he really enjoys his racing. The nearly mile and a half suited him down to the ground but we wanted to settle him before asking him any questions as he had been quite keen in his first race at Beverley over a mile. He settled beautifully yesterday and was finishing very well. He is still quite babyish and is learning all the time and will be fun for another FRED ARCHER RACING Syndicate.
